Sarasota's office of Organizational and Employee Development (OED) is committed to this effort, and is designed to support large-scale change and continual improvement efforts across the enterprise. The office offers organizational learning and development services that are strategic, consultative and operational in scope.
To ensure that employees at all levels of the organization clearly understand expectations, core competencies have been developed at the executive, GM/manager, supervisor and employee levels.
